Delivery

As part of our customer care policy, Farahlaila.com aims is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. Farahlaila.com aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the predetermined time frame.

Orders that made on Friday until Sunday will only be shipped on Monday of the following week. We provide both local and international shipping.

 

Delivery within Malaysia

All orders within Malaysia are shipped using PosLaju. Poslaju is Malaysia’s Express Mail Service and delivers within 2 – 5 business days. Signature will be required when you received the parcel. Tracking numbers also will be provided after we send your parcel.

Kindly note that If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

International Delivery

Wherever you are, we can deliver to you.

We offer two types of shipping which is PosLaju or Malaysian Register Mail. PosLaju will take 2-10 days time and Malaysia Register Mail will take 2-3 weeks for the item to be delivered to you. Tracking number will be provided to you once we ship your parcel. All orders are charged according to the weight of the parcel.

Return

For any reason should you wish to return your item(s), you have 5 days upon receiving the item(s) to return your order. Kindly contact Farahlaila.com Customer Service to initiate the return.

Please ensure that the Return Slip is included in the parcel, and that the item(s) have not been worn and are in their original packaging. The item(s) must be returned to our returns address within 5 days upon receiving the item(s).
